Couple of ks- Water is the least popular and therefore most difficult to sell, plus the wand is missing a second inherent mod. I would merchant and save time.

What is your verdict on shields with +1 mods? E.g. +1 Healing Prayers 20% and +1 Water Magic 20% lol |

If those are the only mods on the shield - Worthless. However, coupled with another perfect mod and they would have some value. As to how much; it generally depends on the skin, requirement as well as demand for such items.
Know of a few collectors of such shields, but as with all other collectors, they have fine taste... |
